Excellent service. Mr. Joe had to come out to my house a bunch times to fix my Whirpool fridge/freezer because the freezer kept icing up. First time he said he was one of the boards that was shot and had to be replaced. So he came out a second time after the part was ordered and replaced it and everything was good. However, about two weeks later, we had the same issue with the freezer freezing up. So he came out again and said the board was defective, he ordered the same part and came out again. Two more weeks go by and the freezer is freezing again lol! But this time he could further see that something in the fridge was shorting out the board. Unfortunately, he could not access that specific area due to the way the fridge was sealed, which my wife and I totally understood. We know it's not his fault, nor the company. It looks like it's just a scrappy fridge, especially after doing some research and saw A LOT of other folks having the same issue. Out of courtsey, Mr. Joe said that our money would be refunded, minus the diagnostic fee, which again, my wife and I totally understand. I trust the honesty, integrity and work ethic of this company and ill definitely use them again in the future if needed. Also, Mr. Joe took the time to fully defrost the ice in my freezer each time too. Thank you JB Appliances!

I cant give this business enough stars. Everyone from the customer service rep to the technician were amazing. I was having problems with my washer so after searching Google and reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Once he came out he was able to find the problem and get it fixed in no time. I will be using them again if needed and highly recommend.

We've had one of those years where everything in our 10 year old house decided to break in succession. Each time, the team at JB Appliance Solutions came out to assess our appliance issues and gave us honest feedback on either a repair or a replacement made the most sense. The young lady at the office, Becky, also has the patience of a saint and is so helpful.

I had an unbelievably great experience with JB Appliance from start to finish. I must say you don't find this kind of service anymore. Becky who I first spoke with was very pleasant and extremely helpful with setting up my service appointment. They stay in constant contact and Joe who was my service tec was right on time. They even text when on their way. Joe diagnosed the problem with my gas oven right away. We rescheduled the repair for another day because a part had to be ordered. Again they stayed in contact Joe showed up on time and the repair only took minutes. I can't recommend this company enough. Its funny I almost wish I had more Appliance issues because they were so nice. Big shout out to Becky and Joe thank you!

After a horrible experience with another company, my wife found these guys, and just WOW! Thank you for the wonderful service. I hope I don’t have to repair any appliances again for a while 😂, but they somehow made an expensive repair not even sting as much because their customer service and turnaround time were just that good. Highly recommend!

Christian was fast to diagnose the issue and only 20 minutes to fix it. I will definitely using this team again for my next issue
