Refrigerator Repair Service

I had an unbelievably great experience with JB Appliance from start to finish. I must say you don't find this kind of service anymore. Becky who I first spoke with was very pleasant and extremely helpful with setting up my service appointment. They stay in constant contact and Joe who was my service tec was right on time. They even text when on their way. Joe diagnosed the problem with my gas oven right away. We rescheduled the repair for another day because a part had to be ordered. Again they stayed in contact Joe showed up on time and the repair only took minutes. I can't recommend this company enough. Its funny I almost wish I had more Appliance issues because they were so nice. Big shout out to Becky and Joe thank you!

After a horrible experience with another company, my wife found these guys, and just WOW! Thank you for the wonderful service. I hope I don’t have to repair any appliances again for a while 😂, but they somehow made an expensive repair not even sting as much because their customer service and turnaround time were just that good. Highly recommend!

He showed right on time. Came in my home with a mask and booties. Took him about 10 minutes to fix my dryer. I asked him about an issue I’m having with another appliance. It is actually a defect with the product itself. He told me he could fix it and it’s pretty costly, but he recommended me get with the manufacturer of the product. He very easily could have taken my money, but he told me the truth about what is going on. I appreciate his honesty. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. This is my second time using JB Appliance. I was having issues with my washer and they came out, found the problem and fixed it. The repairman did an excellent job and he was right on time getting it done. I appreciate them so much for helping me. Once again I highly recommend them to fix any appliances problems you may have. I had to call due to another problem with my washer. It’s not an old washer, but of course the warranty is out. I have priced new ones and it just makes sense for me right now to fix mine. Joe came right on out, assessed the problem, and told me what I was looking at price wise to fix it. I was only down a couple days. These people do me right every time and I will continue to use them. They’re very reasonable and just awesome to work with. I can’t thank them enough for helping me and doing amazing work. You can’t do better with anyone else. I highly recommend them!!
